How we work
Devoteam will conduct deep dive workshops with key stakeholders. The output from the workshops will be a series of unrefined requirements and a backlog of tasks that will deliver the desired outcomes for the ITIL Practices required.
The backlog of tasks will then be refined and implemented by Devoteam via an iterative, agile process. Devoteam will hold regular reviews with stakeholders to garner feedback to ensure the solution delivered achieves the desired outcomes.
Finally in order to the ensure success of the new service desk, training will be provided. Devoteam take a “Train the Trainers” approach. We will train a small number of individuals who will then be enabled to go ahead and train the rest of the organisation.
