Talk 1:
Sure. But can you play Doom on it? – with Thomas Michael Wallace

From calculators to thermostats, you can find a port of Doom for pretty much everything. But what about serverless? This talk aims to answer that important technological question.

Taking a tour-de-force of AWS’ more eclectic serverless offerings, and finding novel ways to use (or possibly abuse?) them, we’ll iterate our way to the perfect Doom port for the serverless connoisseur.

Who knows? Some of it might even be useful.

Talk 2:
Architectural Evolution of Amazon internal Data Platform – with Filipp Fediakov

At Amazon, our team owned an internal data platform built on top of AWS. To support hundreds of internal teams and datasets, we implemented a self-service experience for onboarding and managing datasets. In this talk, I will discuss the architecture evolution of the platform, the challenges we faced and how we overcame them.
