What is the Knowledge 2020 Digital Experience?
Running from 5th of May over five weeks, the Knowledge 2020 Digital Experience will provide a space where the ServiceNow community can get connected – to great content, to each other, and to get inspired to drive their digital transformation forward.
Just as with an in-person event, ServiceNow will showcase all the ways to unlock productivity through modern digital workflows, highlight the latest customer and platform innovations, and inspire the ServiceNow community to continue to create great experiences for businesses.
How will it work?
There will be a combination of live and on-demand content with the opportunity to connect with other attendees and ServiceNow experts.
The Knowledge 2020 Digital Experience will include the same mix of content you’d expect from a live event – including breakout sessions, customer showcases, demos, product updates, hands-on workshops and more.
Build your own agenda
ServiceNow have thought of everything, including a tool to build your own agenda based on your role, area of interest or industry. You can save sessions you want to see or share with others. There will be a lot of content available on demand so you can flex your schedule to suit yourself.
