Devoteam has successfully implemented ServiceNow for Delt Shared Services, the premier shared public sector services provider in the South West of England.
The project involved the full range of IT service management including incident, change and problem management, a self-service portal for employee requests, as well as knowledge, contract and asset management.
Importantly, Devoteam completed the project on time and within budget through an out-of-the-box approach that ensures smoother upgrades. Delt and its user community are delighted with the user experience.
